General Ward is being spanked for running up illegal travel expenses and for wasting government money on untold boondoggles. He’s been busted to two star general while Penetta figures out what to do with him.

Of course Penetta needs to show sufficient, albeit sanctimonious outrage at this despicable fraud committed upon us Americans by a high ranking official.
